We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee end-to-end inventory management, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time across Amazon, 3PL partners, and other distribution channels. This role is critical for balancing stock levels, avoiding costly stockouts or overstocks, and ensuring compliance with Amazon and marketplace standards.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate operational excellence, analytical rigor, supplier relationship management, and proactive problem-solving. You will work closely with Account Managers, Operations, Finance, and Data Analytics to align supply with demand, support promotions and product launches, and ensure seamless customer fulfillment.

This position directly impacts revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and overall supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in inventory management and supply chain planning.
  • Background in manufacturing, medical devices, or high-volume distribution is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in minimizing inventory losses, write-offs, and shrinkage.
  • Practical experience handling SLOB (Slow-Moving, Obsolete, and Expired) inventory, including liquidation and reserve management.
  • Strong ability to perform root cause analysis and actively participate in Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (S&OP/SIOP) processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP) and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
