Restaurant Manager – Greenhills New Mall

The Restaurant Manager oversees daily FOH and BOH operations to ensure excellent service, efficient workflow, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
  • Lead, train, and supervise staff to meet performance standards.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally.
  • Monitor sales performance, costs, inventory, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sanitation, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with HR, Accounting, Purchasing, and the Head Chef for operational needs.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and store updates.

Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge in inventory, scheduling, and basic financials.
  • Ability to work under pressure and shifting schedules.

Work Conditions

  • Full-time, onsite at Greenhills New Mall; may require weekends or extended hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
