Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), Google Ads, and marketing funnels
• Skilled in both organic and paid marketing strategies
• Proficiency in content creation, campaign management, and analytics/reporting
• Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and automation workflows
• Ability to track, measure, and optimize ROI across marketing channels
• Understanding of brand positioning and audience segmentation

Experience & Education

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination or management roles
• Background in marketing leadership or having led small teams/projects is an advantage
• Experience handling end-to-end marketing campaigns (organic and paid)
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
• Develop and optimize funnels to generate leads and improve conversions
• Manage both organic and paid marketing strategies to grow brand visibility and engagement
• Coordinate and collaborate with team members to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Oversee content creation and distribution for digital channels, including social media, email, and websites
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and materials
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Support leadership in developing long-term marketing strategies for the portfolio

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
