Work Setup: Onsite (Dumaguete)

Schedule: 8:30AM - 5:30PM

Requirements:

  • Must possess at least a bachelor's/college degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, commerce, or equivalent
  • A master's degree in business administration, or any similar discipline, is an advantage.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in banking operations in a managerial capacity
  • Must be highly knowledgeable in the bank regulations set forth by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas outlined in the Manual of Regulations for Banks.
  • Must have working knowledge in various laws relevant to the practice of compliance functions of BSFIs, including, but not limited to, the Anti-Money Laundering Law.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing of Products: Markets the Banks products and services that are available in the assigned branch
  • Branch Operations Management: Implements in the assigned branch the standard internal control policies of the bank.
  • Branch Employee Management: Exercises good leadership and ensures harmonious working relationships among branch personnel.
  • Monitoring, Coordinating, and Reporting: Accomplish the Risk Control and Self-Assessment (RCSA) Checklist on a periodic basis at a frequency that shall be established by the Risk Management Unit.
  • Approver: Signs checks for bank disbursements within the authorized limit.
