Marketing Assistant (Operations & Client Support VA)

We're hiring an experienced Operations & Client Support VA to join our team onsite at Wrkpod, supporting two fast-paced businesses: Bullseye Digital Marketing and 5 Star Luxury. You'll work closely with our lead VA and help keep operations and client work running smoothly.

Location: Dumaguete City

Shift: Graveyard – 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM MST (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT)

Type: Full-time , On-site and Office based

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital & Client Operations: Task/project management (Asana, Basecamp), time tracking (Clockify), SOP maintenance, scheduling (Google Workspace, OnceHub, Eventbrite, DocuSign).

  • Marketing Support: Reports (Vendasta, Alpha SEO), CRM & email campaigns (Go High Level, Mailchimp), social media (Cloud Campaign, Meta Business Suite).

  • Web & Hosting: WordPress (Divi/Elementor), 10Web, hosting (Rebel, SiteGround), basic troubleshooting.

  • Finance: Bookkeeping support (QuickBooks, Xero, Hubdoc).

  • Travel & Property Platforms: Airbnb, , PriceLabs.

  • Creative & AI Tools: Canva, CapCut (or similar), AI prompt tools, Gamma for presentations.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years in VA, project coordination, or digital marketing support roles

  • Proficient with the tools listed above (especially digital marketing & CRM)

  • Tech-savvy, independent, and fast learner

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Workstation Requirements (To Be Provided by You):

You must bring your own device that meets the following specs:

  • Intel i5 (10th gen or newer) OR AMD Ryzen series or newer)

  • 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD minimum

(Wrkpod provides internet, power backup, and secure working environment onsite.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php50,000.00 per month
