Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Officer to manage and grow our Hotels, Restaurants, and Institutional (HRI) and Retail sales accounts. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role involves building strong client relationships, supporting sales operations, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business. Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns efficiently, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. Vendor Coordination: Negotiate and manage cost-effective pricing structures with vendors to ensure favorable ROI and competitiveness.

Sales Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, customer appointments, feedback, and complaints. Account Handling: Oversee HRI and Retail accounts, ensuring timely service, order processing, and follow-through. Clerical & Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including document preparation, filing, and coordination of account-related activities.

Collections Monitoring: Monitor and follow up on Statement of Account (SOA) updates, weekly payment collections, and invoice countering for Retail sales. Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly sales itineraries and reports to ensure alignment with targets and goals. Other Tasks: Perform other related duties as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or any related course. Experience in FMCG is an advantage. Strong communication and presentation skills.

Proven experience in sales and achieving performance targets. Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Knowledge of sales strategies, pricing structures, and industry practices.

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
