Purpose of the Role:

Intogreat Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Broker Assistant to support our specialist insurance team, working across both domestic and commercial lines. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about client service and eager to grow within the insurance industry.

As a Insurance Broker Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our brokers and clients through the full insurance lifecycle—from new business and renewals to claims and endorsements. You'll manage your own portfolio of claims, ensure accurate data entry and CRM management, and communicate effectively with insurers to deliver excellent outcomes for clients. This role provides strong potential for career development, including progression into quoting and managing commercial products through structured professional development.

Key Responsibilities:


• Daily use of Insurance Broking Systems such as WinBeat, Office Tech, Sunrise and Australian Insurer Online Platforms


• Daily use of Insurer's Quoting Portals, as well as Premium Funding Portals.


• Remarketing of Commercial and a small number of Domestic policies.


• Processing renewals & endorsements.


• Quoting New Business for Commercial clients.


• Binding Insurance Renewals.


• Preparation of Renewal Emails, ensuring all necessary documents are attached.


• Preparation of New Business Emails, ensuring all necessary documents are attached.


• Liasing with Account Manager to gather additional information required for quoting.


• Handling of referrals to insurers and gathering required information from Account Manager.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:


• Minimum of 2 yrs related experience working for an AU Insurance Broker or 3-5 yrs Insurance Industry experience with at least 1 year working for an AU Insurance Broker

• Experience in Winbeat system is a nice to have
