Onsite Support Engineer

  • Resolve day-to-day software and hardware issues related to desktops, laptops and printers
  • Helpdesk assistance for standard applications and specialized software
  • PC desktop, laptop, software installation and configuration
  • Hardware problem troubleshooting and replacement of defective module
  • Install and ensure connectivity of workstations, laptops and printers.
  • Perform installations, break / fix, on call support.
  • Provide timely progress status on all ongoing support issues, with an emphasis on problems, issues, and concerns.
  • Ensure that system version of OS and application software is updated.

Qualification:

  • Candidate must be graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any IT related course
  • Must have at least 1 year experience as Technical Support.
  • Must be amenable to work in Taguig.
  • Must be willing to work shifting schedule.
  • Must be open for Project Based Employment 1yr - RENEWABLE.
  • Can start ASAP.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months
