Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain and update databases, data systems, and documentation for easy access and retrieval.
  • Analyze data trends and prepare regular and ad hoc reports to support business decisions.
  • Identify data quality issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement data management policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to improve data collection and reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy regulations.
  • Support automation and integration of data systems to improve efficiency.
  • Prepare data visualizations, dashboards, and performance metrics as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, data management, or a related role.
  • Proficient in database management tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access) and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles is an advantage.
