Production Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure all manufacturing processes are completed on time and to the required standards.
  • Monitor production outputs, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the production environment.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to production team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Assurance and Maintenance, to optimize production workflows.
  • Analyze production data and generate reports to track key performance indicators.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of production plans and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively lead, motivate, and develop a team of production workers.
  • Proficient in interpreting and analyzing production data and generating insightful reports.
  • Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and pharmaceutical quality standards required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or other related Engineering courses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php28,000.00 per month
