Job Overview

The Inventory Support Assistant supports in ensuring accurate and timely posting of online sales and inventory transactions. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy across SAP, seller centers, and third-party warehouses while supporting overall digital commerce operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Post daily sales transactions including issuances, returns, consignment fill-ups, and pick-ups for assigned online accounts
  • Monitor inventory and sales transactions in seller centers and ensure timely system posting
  • Prepare inventory monitoring and sales reports
  • Reconcile inventory balances between SAP, seller centers, inventory reports, and third-party warehouse systems
  • Analyze inventory variances, identify root causes, and recommend process improvements
  • Validate SAP open transactions and process reversals or deletions when necessary
  • Coordinate with warehouse inventory teams to validate actual stock balances
  • Provide ad-hoc sales and inventory reports as needed
  • Support Digital Commerce Order Fulfillment, Inventory, and Sales operations
  • Participate in annual digital commerce warehouse inventory counts

Qualifications
  • College graduate of any business, accounting, or related course
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong ability to interpret and explain sales and inventory reports
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
