DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:

  • Responsible for all aspects of the inventory control. Ensuring that the organization has optimal levels of stock
  • Manage inventory personnel in execution of inventory control
  • Control all inventory data bases, maintain accuracy in balances, direct cycle counts activities, ensure physical inventories are correct and timely
  • Responsible for, checking and maintaining inventory reports based on DSR, IOH, IOH vs Physical recon, WSR Consolidation and replenishment, Delivery summary etc.
  • Produces reports in identifying errors and omissions and investigates and provides corrective action using controlled document for resolution
  • Assist in developing daily/weekly/monthly operating plans, staffing projections, and volume analysis
  • Develop and communicate inventory management policies and procedures
  • Tract the inventory flow to identify slow moving and dead stock
  • Ensure the integrity of the stock management system to guard against pilferage, theft,fraud and other activities that adversely affect organization's operations
  • Responsible for managing the staff in the inventory department. Responsible for training them on organization ethics, safety standards, return policies, sales promotion, work flow processes and practices that relate to the handling of inventory
  • Perform other related task as maybe assigned from time to time
  • Take a lead in Cycle Count in Warehouse and even in all branches.
  • Verifies actual counts in Warehouse and branches especially the variances.
  • Reviews, analyzes and checks inventory variances prior recommendation for variance posting. Makes available supporting details/data for any inventory variances.
  • Compares inventories versus records such as sales orders, warehouse records, or purchase orders, invoices to obtain current inventory and be available for allocation, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With experience in FMCG is a plus
  • Expert in WMS is an advantage
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in related field
  • Adept and knowledgeable in inventory management and monitoring
  • ·Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Willing to report in Makati Office
