IT Install Coordinator

The IT Install Coordinator owns the end‑to‑end execution of customer installs, porting cycles, cutovers, and deployment readiness. This role works cross‑functionally with Customer Success, Purchasing, Engineering, Network/Voice teams, and external vendors/carriers to ensure smooth, predictable service delivery.
Core Responsibilities
Installation & Cutover Coordination
Lead recurring Cut Meetings and publish install calendars.
Prepare cutover plans, freeze periods, and go/no‑go validation steps.
Coordinate day‑of deployment communications and readiness checks.
Porting & Number Management
Manage full porting lifecycle, including partial ports and multi‑site sequencing.
Confirm LOAs and billing copies are complete before port submission.
Coordinate port dates with Customer Success and clients.
Build & Documentation
Create site‑level build templates: extensions, users, MAC addresses, SMS/Apps enablement, paging groups, time zones, DID lists, 911 routing, fax routing.
Maintain device‑to‑user‑to‑location master mapping for warehouse deployment.
Vendor & Carrier Coordination
Follow up with carriers/vendors on order or porting status.
Open and escalate repair tickets as needed.
Pull CSRs for validation and troubleshooting.
Submit billing tickets for corrections.
Pre‑Install Onboarding Support
Gather credentials, passwords, and site details.
Verify monitoring, alerting, and ticket automation functions.
Ensure provisioning and licensing readiness.
Communication & Customer Experience
Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the install lifecycle.
Provide updates, instructions, and support for readiness tasks.
Participate in L10 Customer Experience cadence.
Internal System Updates & MACD Support
Update current software (CW) for installs, upgrades, and changes.
Create new accounts when needed.
Coordinate add/move/change orders involving vendors and customers.
Cross‑Team Support & Backup Coverage
Provide backup scheduling and documentation support.
Help schedule customer upgrade discussions and follow‑ups.
Quality Assurance & Validation
Validate system functionality post‑install.
Assist with QA steps in transition or cutover readiness plans.
Vendor Bill Reconciliation
-Review each carrier bill to reconcile monthly
Qualifications
Experience with telecom/IT installs, porting, or carrier coordination.
Working knowledge of Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and VoIP systems.
Skilled in multi‑step coordination, documentation, and communication.
Comfortable with multi‑site dependencies.
Familiarity with TigerPaw, ConnectWise, or similar systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php Php500.00 per hour
