JOB SUMMARY

  1. Record technology assets by implementing and observing the system of procedures, forms, and controls set by the Management.

  2. Allocate and re-tag asset tags to fixed assets to effectively track them from time to time.

  3. Record in the Database newly acquired fixed assets and those disposed and moved (BU to BU or for WAH)

  4. Perform asset retirement obligation for non-working or obsolete non-system compatibility tech assets.

  5. Carry out inventory counts of tech assets physically.

  6. Serve as company representative on tech asset related audit schedules, and collaborate with GTI, Finance and internal/external/Government auditors on their responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • 4-year graduate, IT or non-IT course/degree
  • Basic knowledge in Excel
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willing to learn
  • Can render overtime and willing to work on a shifting schedule
  • Nearby location is a plus
  • With Inventory and PEZA experience is a plus
  • Can lift items/units

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
