Key Responsibilities:

For External Recruitment:

  • Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, databases, and referrals
  • Conduct resume screening, initial interviews, and candidate shortlisting
  • Coordinate candidate pipelines based on client needs and job requirements
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pools
  • Work closely with account managers or recruitment leads to fulfill client hiring needs

For Internal Hiring:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, to job offer and onboarding
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field (required)
  • At least 6 months of recruitment experience in a manpower agency, RPO, or headhunting firm
  • Solid background in sourcing and recruiting across multiple industries (e.g., BPO, IT, Sales, Logistics, etc.)
  • Proven ability to meet recruitment targets and deliver high-quality candidate pipelines
  • Excellent sourcing skills using platforms such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing and able to work on-site in Pasay City
  • Can start immediately
