Job Description

As a AU Mortgage Loan Processor, you will handle key pre-credit and post-settlement tasks that support smooth, accurate, and timely loan application processing. You will coordinate pricing, valuations, documentation, compliance checks, and lender communication-ensuring every file meets Australian lending requirements and is prepared for a seamless path to approval and settlement.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 2+ years of Australian mortgage loan processing experience
• End-to-end AU loan processing, including pricing policy, valuation ordering, and compliance packaging (must-have)
• Experience handling loan files from lodgment to settlement
• Familiarity with AU pricing and valuation workflows
• CRM experience (Mercury, FLEX, SalesTrekker, or Symmetry)
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Resourceful, commercially minded, and quick to learn
• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• Team player with clear communication and strong follow-through
• Sound judgment and ownership of tasks

Your Daily Tasks

• Conduct retention pricing for existing client portfolios
• Prepare servicing calculators for brokers
• Send welcome emails and initial data requests to new clients
• Enter data for new clients and update existing records
• Request, index, and organize supporting documents, identifying missing items
• Request pricing discounts from lenders and order valuations
• Organize property reports and prepare broker tools (Quickli, strategy sheets, loan option mud maps)
• Draft lender application notes and support brokers in lender option preparation
• Call lenders for updates and assist with post-settlement loan account summaries
• Prepare detailed post-settlement breakdowns for clients
