Job Description

As an AU Mortgage Loan Processor, you'll act as a critical support partner to mortgage brokers-ensuring loan applications are accurate, compliant, and efficiently lodged using ApplyOnline and CoreLogic tools. This role is ideal for candidates who already understand Australian lending workflows and want to deepen their expertise within a respected, process-driven broker network while enjoying permanent work-from-home stability.

Shift: Day Shift (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM), Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential lending
• At least 1 year supporting Australian mortgage brokers or credit teams
• Hands-on ApplyOnline (AOL) experience is required
• Proven experience with loan lodgment and broker support workflows
• Working knowledge of CoreLogic or property valuation tools
• Strong understanding of lending terminology, policies, and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong task prioritization and ability to manage shifting deadlines
• Self-managed with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Critical thinker with a proactive approach
• Professional, personable, and relationship-focused
• Team player with a results-driven mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management) or equivalent is highly preferred

Your Daily Tasks

• Interpret, clarify, and implement product changes in the product catalogue and lender policy database
• Provide support to the broker network through email, telephone, and the Lending Advice Forum
• Offer SME advice and support to help brokers understand policies and navigate complex scenarios
• Troubleshoot product and policy issues as they arise
• Communicate lender updates and changes to the franchise network
