HIRING: Cost Control Engineer

Location: Bacoor City, Cavite

Client: Triple A Contractor Company

Our client, a leading Triple A construction company, is looking for a Cost Control Engineer to join their team in Bacoor City, Cavite. This role is ideal for engineers who are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing project costs, budgets, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
  • Track actual project expenses and compare them with approved budgets.
  • Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Work closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, and accounting teams to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Review and validate progress billings, material requisitions, and subcontractor claims.
  • Prepare monthly cost control and financial status reports for management review.
  • Ensure all cost data is accurate, updated, and properly documented.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Civil Engineer (required).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction cost control, budgeting, or quantity surveying.
  • Strong knowledge of cost management principles, construction methods, and materials.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, and cost control software.
  • Excellent in data analysis, reporting, and attention to detail.
  • Willing to work onsite in Bacoor City, Cavite.
  • Can start immediately is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 36 months

Pay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per month
