Senior Civil Engineer – Project Management Lead

We're looking for a Senior Civil Engineer with solid experience in managing both horizontal and vertical construction projects. This role suits someone who knows how to lead from the ground planning, coordinating people, managing timelines, and keeping everything aligned from start to finish.

You'll be the key person who turns design plans into real, working structures while guiding teams and maintaining quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full project lifecycle — from planning and design to completion and turnover.
  • Supervise and mentor project engineers, foremen, and site staff.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
  • Track project progress, control costs, and ensure schedules are met.
  • Conduct risk assessment and resolve site or technical issues promptly.
  • Ensure all works comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Report project updates, challenges, and recommendations to management.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Civil Engineer (required).
  • At least 15 years of experience in major infrastructure and building projects.
  • Strong leadership background in both horizontal (roads, pipelines, utilities) and vertical (commercial, industrial, residential) works.
  • With solid project management experience — PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
  • Willing to work on-site in Bacoor City, Cavite.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 24 months
