We are hiring a Permits and Compliance Associate who will be responsible for monitoring, preparing, and submitting business compliance requirements. The role ensures all registrations, payments, and renewals are completed on time while providing administrative support to internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and monitor deadlines for permits, licenses, and compliance reports.
  • Handle processing of BIR Certificates, SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG registrations, and other related documents.
  • Support internal departments by gathering necessary information for regulatory submissions.
  • Maintain electronic and physical records of permits and compliance files.
  • Accompany or represent the company in government-related transactions when necessary.
  • Stay updated on changes to compliance regulations that affect the business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of related experience preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with document filing, records management, and government transactions is a plus.
  • Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace is required.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license.
