Qualifications:

- Proficient with Buildsoft Cubit software

- Experience in quantity take-offs for residential projects

- Strong knowledge of Australian national construction codes

- Prior experience with supplier pricing and cost estimation

- Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
