The Role:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a Senior Paid Search Manager by executing paid search campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, and Google Shopping
  • Build, launch, maintain, and optimize campaigns using Google Ads Editor and related tools
  • Manage campaign tasks such as launching sales, updating keywords/negatives, fixing Google Merchant Center (GMC) feed issues, and running basic tag checks
  • Pull performance reports and ensure campaign accuracy and timely execution
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and resolve feed, tracking, or tagging problems
  • Create and manage structured keyword plans and performance dashboards in Google Sheets
  • Communicate updates clearly in writing—what's done, what's broken, what's next
Ideal Profile:

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with:
  • Google Ads & Google Ads Editor
  • Google Merchant Center
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) - pulling reports
  • Proficient in launching and optimizing campaigns, updating keyword lists, fixing feed issues, and setting up basic conversion tracking
  • Strong Google Sheets skills (formulas, structured reports, dashboards)
  • Self-directed learner with proven ability to master complex tools independently
  • Technically minded with a love for systems, logic, and data
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Bonus: Experience with BI tools, conversion tracking, or automation
  • Bonus: Background in math, business, economics, or analytics (degree optional)

TECH REQUIREMENTS

  • Computer - at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
  • Internet Speed - At least 50 MBPS Download speed

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:: 12noon - 9PM Vancouver Time // 3AM - 12PM Philippine time M-F

Salary Range: P50,000-70,000 monthly, depending on experience
