We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist with proven experience in lead generation and performance optimization. This role will manage all aspects of our Google Ads account — from campaign creation to weekly KPI reporting — with the goal of generating high-quality leads and driving measurable ROI.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in identifying patterns within campaign data to optimize conversions. This position requires experience with data tracking, conversion attribution, and custom dashboard reporting in GoHighLevel (GHL).
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Develop, launch, and manage Google Search, Display, and Retargeting campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation that aligns with brand and conversion goals.
- Set up accurate conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and GHL integrations.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maintain target CPL (Cost Per Lead) and maximize ROI.
Optimization & Strategy
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROI metrics.
- A/B test ad creatives, headlines, and landing page variations to improve performance.
- Identify and eliminate wasted ad spend through negative keyword management and smart bidding strategies.
- Provide recommendations for scaling high-performing campaigns based on data insights.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain a custom KPI dashboard in GoHighLevel (GHL) for real-time visibility of ad performance.
- Pull weekly reports outlining spend, leads generated, CPL, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.
- Present data-driven insights with clear action plans for ongoing improvement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads for lead generation campaigns.
- Advanced understanding of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Tag Manager.
- Experience integrating and reporting through GoHighLevel (GHL) preferred.
- Strong grasp of CPC/CPL metrics, conversion tracking, and ROI calculations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results under deadlines.
Performance Metrics
Success in this role will be measured by:
- CPL (Cost per Lead) improvement over time.
- Conversion rate optimization across campaigns.
- ROI on ad spend and overall lead volume growth.
- Accuracy and timeliness of weekly KPI reporting and dashboard updates.
