Duties and Responsibilities
We're looking for a Google Ads Specialist/Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage multiple accounts efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality. You'll use our established systems, checklists, and AI-assisted workflows to deliver monthly optimisations and reports. You'll need to balance speed, accuracy, and accountability — managing around 80–90 accounts using a combination of AI tools, automation, and structured processes. Reporting is central to this role, so attention to detail is critical. This isn't a slow-paced, corporate-style agency role. It's ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, thinks ahead, and isn't afraid to use new tools to get better results faster.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise multiple Google Ads accounts using Click Flow's AI-assisted systems and optimisation checklists.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and summaries for clients using Looker Studio and internal templates.
- Maintain accuracy across data, metrics, and campaign structures — reports must be 80%+ accurate before review.
- Identify optimisation opportunities and communicate recommendations clearly.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Bard, Gemini, etc.) to improve efficiency in campaign builds, reporting, and analysis.
- Monitor performance, update negative keywords, test ad copy, and adjust bids as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other team members while being comfortable working autonomously.
- Maintain structured task updates and communication within Click Flow's project management system.
Requirements
- Proven PPC experience: 2–3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns.
- High account capacity: Able to manage a large portfolio (60–100 accounts) with strong organisational skills.
- AI integration: Demonstrated and genuine use of AI tools in your daily work — this is a must.
- Accuracy and detail: You value precision in numbers, reporting, and client deliverables.
- Efficiency: You work quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Adaptability: Comfortable learning new systems, workflows, and ways of working.
- Accountability: You take ownership of deadlines and outcomes without needing constant supervision.
- Strong communicator: You can explain performance simply and clearly to non-specialist clients.
- Reliability: You work within agreed hours and consistently meet delivery deadlines.
- Need to Have
- Experience with Looker Studio, Supermetrics, or similar reporting tools.
- Familiarity with GA4 and Google Tag Manager setup and troubleshooting.
- Experience using automation or AI to streamline reporting or keyword management.
- Prior work with service-based clients (tradies, hospitality, tourism, etc.).
