This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (West Jordan, UT) with a 1-hour unpaid break
Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours

We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist to help small businesses grow through effective digital advertising. This role is ideal for someone data-driven, independent, and results-oriented, with strong experience in Google Ads campaign management.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Local Service Ads campaigns

  • Conduct keyword research and create compelling ad copy

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions

  • Manage budgets, bids, and audience-targeting strategies

  • Generate reports and provide recommendations for improvements

  • Manage GMB pages and Google Maps

  • Work directly with Google for authentication and issue resolution

  • Run Google Analytics to track campaign performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads for small businesses

  • Strong knowledge of keyword strategy, ad copywriting, and conversion tracking

  • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Google Certifications a plus

  • Experience in the automotive industry a plus
