WE'RE HIRING: Google Ads Specialist (3+ Years)

About the role

Help us scale results across Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display. You'll own an end-to-end campaign strategy, build smart testing plans, and turn insights into measurable growth.

What you'll do

  • Plan and launch Search/PMAX/Video/Display campaigns aligned to funnel goals (leads, sales).
  • Build keyword/account structures, audience layering, and budget pacing frameworks.
  • Implement airtight conversion tracking (GTM, GA4) and lead quality safeguards.
  • Run experiments (A/B/C): bids, creatives, extensions, assets, landing pages.
  • Optimize to ROAS/CPL/CAC targets; deliver clear weekly/monthly reporting & insights.
  • Coordinate with creatives and developers on ad assets and landing page UX/CRO.
  • Monitor brand/competitors, SQR, placement hygiene, and policy compliance.

What you'll need

  • 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads (Search + PMAX required; YouTube/Display a plus).
  • Proven wins hitting CPL/ROAS targets on ₱-scale budgets.
  • Strong GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and attribution fundamentals.
  • Data fluency: Excel/Sheets (LOOKUPs, pivots), dashboards, insight storytelling.
  • Google Ads Search/PMAX certifications preferred.

Nice to have

  • Basic CRO chops (form UX, page speed, heatmap tools).
  • Experience with lead quality scoring/CRM handoff.
