JOB SUMMARY:

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

In coordination with the HR Officer/Supervisor, assist in HR, Admin and Training tasks.

  • Handling shuttle service schedule.
  • Handle janitorial, uniforms, ESD Shoes and medicines inventory.
  • Handles Recruitment for Rank-and-File level. Provide administrative assistance in recruitment and onboarding
  • Process AEP/VISA application of expat employee
  • Maintain personnel records
  • Prepare and manage HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides)
  • Maintain and update employee / HR systems
  • Responsible in the timekeeping process
  • Monitors the leave credits of the employees
  • Assist in company events or activities.
  • Other task that may be assigned from time to time.
  • In-charge of tasks related to Training and Development

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

a. Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management, or other business-related course.

b. With at least 2 years' experience in at least 1 -2 facets of HRM.

c. Good communication skills.

d. Possesses strong attention to details, time management skills, and excellent teamwork skills.

e. HR certification is a plus but not required.
