We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive business growth by providing technical expertise and delivering tailored solutions to clients. This role combines technical knowledge with sales strategy to manage key accounts and secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets or regions.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions that meet their needs.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to customize solutions.
  • Manage key accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and negotiate contracts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to provide strategic insights.
  • Mentor junior sales engineers and support team development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (EE or ECE)
  • 5–8 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, technical, and client management abilities.
