The Role

We are hiring an
experienced IT Manager
to lead our information security and compliance initiatives. This role is responsible for managing our hybrid IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance with international standards, and guiding the organization through critical certification processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead
    ISO 27001, NIS 2, and SOC 2 certification projects
    , including gap assessments, documentation, and audit readiness.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure across
    three global data centers
    and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
  • Establish and enforce
    security policies, controls, and procedures
    .
  • Develop and maintain
    disaster recovery and business continuity programs
    .
  • Manage access control, monitoring, incident response, and vendor compliance.
  • Drive
    security awareness
    and training across the organization.
  • Supervise IT staff and collaborate with executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    IT management and information security governance
    .
  • Track record in
    compliance frameworks
    (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIS 2).
  • Strong understanding of
    on-premises infrastructure and cloud operations
    .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Certifications preferred:
    CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor
    .
