Job Description
Position: Document Management & Legal Proposal Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Document Management & Organization:
The candidate will be responsible for creating a centralized structure within NetDocuments for all proposals, tenders, and legal templates. This includes ensuring version control, file tagging, and document indexing for easy retrieval. - Legal Proposal & Tender Preparation:
The role involves supporting the drafting, formatting, and assembly of proposals and tenders. The candidate will be expected to apply consistent formatting and branding based on firm standards. - Profile & Template Review:
The candidate will conduct quality checks on lawyer profiles and proposal templates. They will recommend and implement improvements to structure and design. - Reporting & Quality Assurance:
The candidate will maintain daily activity logs and weekly summary reports. They will also conduct ongoing quality reviews with the supervisor and QA oversight. - Data Security & Compliance:
The candidate will adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and NDAs. They will follow secure file transfer and access control procedures compliant with ISO 27001 standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in document management and legal proposal preparation.
- Strong knowledge of NetDocuments or similar document management software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 standards and data security protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
