As a Senior Data Analyst at Bemobi, you'll play a key role in shaping data strategy, designing efficient analysis pipelines, and delivering insights that directly drive business growth and client success. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior analysts while collaborating with senior stakeholders across the globe.

KEY RSEPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines for cleansing, validation, and analysis of large datasets.
  • Apply advanced statistical and analytical techniques to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Translate complex findings into clear and compelling presentations for internal teams and external clients.
  • Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools (primarily AWS QuickSight).
  • Partner with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to improve data accessibility and enhance decision-making.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering best practices in analytics and reporting.

JOB PROFILE

Degree:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or other quantitative field.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, Senior Analyst, or similar role
  • Solid background in applying statistical methods (e.g., quantiles, descriptive statistics, sampling, A/B testing).
  • Advanced SQL skills with the ability to query and manipulate large datasets.
  • Strong working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced).
  • Experience with BI tools, preferably Amazon QuickSight (or alternatives such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Familiarity with AWS products (S3, Athena, EC2, Glue) is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to business and technical audiences.
  • Industry experience in telecommunications, finance, fintech, or other regulated industries is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to client offices outside the Philippines.
