The Role Overview

The AI-Savvy Social Media Manager owns our social media ecosystem—strategy, content, community, analytics, and optimization. You'll use AI to scale high-quality content, automate workflows, and derive faster insights. You'll lead engagement across platforms, amplify our brand, and support growth through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution

  • Build cross-platform social strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Run content calendars across major and emerging platforms.

AI-Powered Creative Production

  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Sora, Runway, MidJourney, Opus Clip) to generate copy, visuals, and video content.
  • Automate posting workflows with Buffer, Later, Sprout, or proprietary tools.
  • Prompt and curate high-quality captions, headlines, and hashtags.

Community Management & Support

  • Engage with followers, manage DMs/comments, and maintain brand voice.
  • Foster activity in private communities and collaborate with Customer Support for timely responses.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Monitor metrics (growth, engagement, reach, conversions) using AI dashboards (e.g., Notion AI, connected sheets, Sprout Social).
  • Use data to iterate quickly and optimize performance.

Influencer & Ambassador Collaboration

  • Design social toolkits for partners and ambassadors to increase reach.
  • Align social content with sales, marketing, and product initiatives.

Thought Leadership & Trend Spotting

  • Stay ahead on platform trends, algorithm shifts, format changes, and emerging tools.
  • Pioneer AI use cases in social listening, predictive engagement, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in tech or digital-first organizations.
  • Proven expertise in AI-powered content creation and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, MidJourney, Runway, Opus Clip).
  • Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and cross-platform content creation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in social analytics, dashboards, and performance optimization.
  • Experience in community building, influencer collaborations, and engagement management.
  • Ability to track emerging platform trends and apply them creatively to brand growth.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills in fast-paced environments.

Benefits

  • Base Monthly Fee: USD $900 – $1,500
  • Performance Incentives: Up to USD $500 – $1,000 per month tied to KPI achievement
