OverviewWe're looking for a Creative Producer who can bring ideas to life — from concept to screen. You'll collaborate closely with our anchor to develop compelling storylines, scripts, and content formats that reflect their unique voice, niche, and audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize topics, segments, and scripts aligned with the anchor's niche, personality, and audience interests.
• Research current trends, stories, and audience insights to inspire new content ideas.
• Develop creative briefs, outlines, and talking points for upcoming episodes, interviews, or features.
• Collaborate with writers, editors, and production teams to ensure high-quality execution that matches the creative vision.
• Oversee pre-production planning, including storyboarding, tone direction, and visual style.
• Ensure brand consistency across all content — from on-air scripts to digital posts.
• Pitch fresh, innovative content concepts to enhance audience engagement and retention.
• Support post-production review, ensuring the final output stays true to the creative intent.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content production, scriptwriting, or creative development (TV, digital, podcast, or social media).
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and tone for various formats (short-form, long-form, live, etc.).
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to translate an anchor's niche or expertise into engaging, relatable content.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience with basic editing or directing is a plus.
