The Field Service Team Lead delivers exceptional technical service by managing technician performance, ensuring timely resolution of jobs, and addressing field escalations. This role improves operational efficiency, ensures high-quality service, and boosts customer satisfaction through technical oversight.

Daily

  • Assign and monitor technicians' tasks
  • Ensure timely responses to customer issues
  • Check tool and spare part availability
  • Address urgent service escalations

Weekly

  • Review team performance and customer feedback
  • Resolve recurring service issues

Monthly

  • Analyze trends and propose improvements
  • Conduct technician reviews and identify training needs
  • Collaborate with Sales, QA

Quarterly

  • Update strategies based on data
  • Identify areas for operational efficiency
  • Present performance to After Sales Manager

Annual

  • Evaluate team performance and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze trends and propose strategic changes

Education

  • Graduate of ECE, ME, EE, or Technical Course
  • Appliance Repair Certification preferred
  • Leadership and Safety Training
  • 3+ years in field service or appliance repair
  • Experience leading a technical team
  • Calm under pressure, results-driven
  • Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
