Field Service Team Lead

The Field Service Team Lead delivers exceptional technical service by managing technician performance, ensuring timely resolution of jobs, and addressing field escalations. This role improves operational efficiency, ensures high-quality service, and boosts customer satisfaction through technical oversight.
Daily
- Assign and monitor technicians' tasks
- Ensure timely responses to customer issues
- Check tool and spare part availability
- Address urgent service escalations
Weekly
- Review team performance and customer feedback
- Resolve recurring service issues
Monthly
- Analyze trends and propose improvements
- Conduct technician reviews and identify training needs
- Collaborate with Sales, QA
Quarterly
- Update strategies based on data
- Identify areas for operational efficiency
- Present performance to After Sales Manager
Annual
- Evaluate team performance and customer satisfaction
- Analyze trends and propose strategic changes
Education
- Graduate of ECE, ME, EE, or Technical Course
- Appliance Repair Certification preferred
- Leadership and Safety Training
- 3+ years in field service or appliance repair
- Experience leading a technical team
- Calm under pressure, results-driven
- Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail
