Job description:

We are looking for an experienced
Team Lead
to oversee daily operations for an eCommerce account. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, solid customer service helpdesk experience, and a proven track record of driving team performance. This role requires excellent stakeholder management, attention to process compliance, and the ability to manage a diverse team efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team to meet and exceed performance metrics.
  • Ensure processes are executed according to the client contract.
  • Monitor team performance and drive improvement across identified KPIs.
  • Handle stakeholder interaction and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and effective team management.
  • Uphold operational excellence with consistency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    2+ years of experience
    as a
    Team Lead
    in any LOB (retail domain preferred).
  • Customer Service Helpdesk experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability in team performance and process management.
