  • Logistic or Fleet Management at least 1-2 years

JOB SUMMARY:

  • The fleet coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company's vehicle fleet. This role ensures the efficient deployment of vehicles, availability of safe transportation services for business operation.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily Vehicle Fleet Operations Monitoring

  • Oversee vehicle deployment and dispatch

  • Monitor driver's route adherence, trip logs, and mileage per vehicle

  • Driver Supervision and Scheduling

  • Assign and manage driver schedules

  • Ensure adequate driver coverage for all routes and requests

  • Vehicle Maintenance and Inspection

  • Schedule and track regular maintenance and inspections

  • Ensure all vehicles are always roadworthy and complaint with safety standards.

  • Maintain a record/schedule of PMS per vehicle included in the fleet.

  • Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure timely LTO registrations, insurance renewals, permits, and emission testing.

  • Maintain compliance with all LGU and national transportation regulations.

  • Maintain a record of when to process the necessary permits/insurances on a per vehicle included in the fleet.

  • Incident and Accident Reporting

  • Document and report vehicular incidents and accidents on time.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments and authorities as needed.

  • Driver Conduct and Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor driver behavior, punctuality, and adherence to safety protocols.

  • Provide feedback and recommend disciplinary actions when necessary.

  • Formulate a Survey Form to be conducted every quarter for feedback by Internal Departments.

  • Coordination with Departments

  • Handle transport requests from various departments.

  • Ensure timely and efficient service delivery

  • Fleet Records Management

  • Maintain a file for each vehicle, including repair and maintenance record.

  • Keep accurate logs of vehicle usage and service history.

  • Emergency Transportation Support

  • Coordinate transport arrangements during emergencies or field assignments.

  • Formulate an Emergency Preparedness Plan in terms of vehicle support/contigency
