Releasing Associate

The Releasing Staff is responsible for checking the completeness and accuracy of invoices and delivery documents, as well as printing Purchase Orders and Delivery Receipts. Duties include receiving and validating invoices and attachments, printing and consolidating required documents, securing originals for countering, and coordinating with relevant teams for encoding, monitoring, and transmittals. The position also involves preparing and forwarding reports, following up on missing documents, and ensuring proper documentation flow to support accurate billing and operational efficiency.

The candidate must be a college graduate of any four-year course, with job-related experience considered an advantage. Must have good communication skills, be systematic, organized, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision. The role requires a team player with a positive work attitude who is customer-oriented, innovative, and adaptable to change.
