Fleet and Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily deployment and dispatch of trucks, service vehicles, and heavy equipment to project sites.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspection schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor fuel issuance and consumption, ensuring control measures against losses or misuse.
  • Maintain accurate fleet records, including vehicle documents, licenses, registrations, and maintenance logs.
  • Coordinate with project managers to align equipment availability with construction schedules.
  • Ensure all drivers, operators, and mechanics adhere to safety standards and company policies.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on fleet utilization, fuel consumption, and operating costs.
  • Recommend fleet upgrades, replacements, and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of drivers, operators, and mechanics.
  • Ensure compliance with LTO, LTFRB, DOLE, and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer (preferred) or any related Engineering/Technical course.
  • At least 3 years of experience in fleet, transport, or equipment management — preferably in the construction industry (boom trucks and heavy equipment)
  • Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operations, vehicle maintenance, and logistics coordination.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with fleet management systems or monitoring software.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Willing to be assigned to project sites and conduct field inspections as needed.
