The Proof Of Delivery (POD) In-Charge is responsible for managing proof of delivery (POD) documentation by verifying and recording receipts, coordinating with internal teams and customers, resolving discrepancies, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining accurate delivery records and reports.

Candidates must be a graduate of any 4-years degree. Preferably, with at least 6 months of relevant work experience, however newly graduates are welcome to apply. Proficiency in basic computer applications are also required for the role.
