Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Admin Manager for Economic Zone / Industrial Park to lead and oversee the operations, development, and business growth of our industrial park or special economic zone. This role is responsible for managing tenants, ensuring compliance with government and environmental regulations, overseeing infrastructure maintenance, and driving investment and occupancy growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in zone/park management, real estate development, infrastructure operations, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall management and administration of the economic zone or industrial park, including infrastructure, utilities, facilities, and support services.
- Attract and retain investors/tenants through effective marketing, business development, and investor relations strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry partners to ensure compliance and support for business operations.
- Oversee leasing activities, contract negotiations, and tenant onboarding processes.
- Ensure the proper implementation of zone policies, safety regulations, environmental compliance, and operational standards.
- Monitor maintenance, utility services, and infrastructure upgrades to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Supervise a team of operations, technical, security, and administrative staff.
- Identify opportunities for strategic development, expansion, and service improvement.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on zone performance, investments, occupancy, and development projects.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in industrial park management, economic zone operations, or large-scale infrastructure development.
- Proven track record in investor relations, regulatory compliance, and operations leadership.

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Solid understanding of infrastructure, utilities, and environmental regulations
- Business development mindset with an ability to drive occupancy and investment growth
- Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and operational planning
- Ability to navigate government policies, permits, and compliance processes
