Summary:
Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent service. Maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere at the payment counter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders and payments (cash, card, digital) accurately.
- Issue receipts and manage change.
- Assist in answering customer inquiries politely.
- Keep the cashier station organized and clean.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for order flow.
- Monitor and reconcile daily cash register reports.
Requirements:
- Experience as a cashier or in a customer-facing role.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
