Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the month-end, quarter-end, hard close, and year-end closing activities of the Accounting and Reporting Team.

  • Manages the delivery of accounting and reporting services handled by the Record-to-Report unit within the shared service center across all related activities.

  • Reviews and releases internal and external financial reports for submission and review by key stakeholders.

  • Updates policies related to employee services such as Cash Advances, Benefits and Expense Liquidations, Expense Reimbursements, Credit Card usage, Mobile Phone, and Travel.

  • Ensures sound corporate governance by preparing financial reports in compliance with relevant standards, principles, and regulations, accurately presenting the Groups financial position and operational results.

Requirements:

  • Must be a college graduate with a degree in Accountancy, Finance or any related course.
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in an audit firm.
  • Must have experience in Accounting/Financial reporting with external audit experience, variance analysis, financial statement, accounting, and strong PFRS/IFRS background.
  • Preferably with experience in SAP or other ERP

Location: Mckinley, Taguig

Work set-up: Hybrid (3 days onsite 2 days WFH)

Schedule: 8am-5pm
