Key Responsibilities
- Application Management:Prepare, submit, and track visa and work permit applications for employees.
- Documentation:Gather, review, and organize necessary documents to ensure applications are complete and accurate.
- Compliance:Ensure all visa applications and processes comply with immigration laws and company policies.
- Liaison:Act as a point of contact with government agencies, embassies, and legal advisors to facilitate applications and address issues.
- Employee Support:Provide guidance and information to employees regarding visa requirements, application procedures, and documentation.
- Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records of employee visa statuses, application progress, and important dates.
- Information & Updates:Stay informed about changes in immigration laws, regulations, and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17, Php19,000.00 per month
