About the role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at LUMER UNIVERSAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC'. This is a full-time position based in Pinagbuhatan Pasig City Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
  • Continuously look for ways to improve customer service and streamline processes

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathise, and respond effectively to customer needs
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Proficient in using computer systems and various customer service software applications
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
  • Fluency in English and the local language
