Job Summary:

The Operations Assistant provides administrative and logistical support to ensure the efficient daily operations of the company. This role assists in coordinating workflow, monitoring operational activities, maintaining records, and supporting cross-departmental processes to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain operational records, reports, and documents.
  • Support inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Coordinate logistics for deliveries, scheduling, and dispatch of goods or materials.
  • Monitor and track project timelines, tasks, and completion status.
  • Assist in the preparation of operational budgets, expense reports, and other financial documents.
  • Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure proper coordination and issue resolution.
  • Help implement company policies, procedures, and standard operating processes.
  • Provide general administrative support such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Operations Manager or management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or operations-related role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
