Delivery Operations Support Role Summary: The Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the operations team, with a strong focus on billing coordination and timesheet management. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely processing, and smooth communication between departments to maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Billing Support o Assist in preparing and verifying billing statements and invoices o Coordinate with finance and operations teams to ensure billing accuracy and timely submission o Track billing schedules and follow up on pending payments or discrepancies Timesheet Management o Collect, review, and validate daily time records from operations staff o Ensure timesheets are accurately completed and submitted on time o Flag inconsistencies and coordinate with team leads for resolution o Maintain records of approved work hours, undertime, and overtime
Administrative Coordination o Maintain organized records of billing and timesheet documentation o Support reporting needs by compiling data and generating summaries o Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes o Liaise with HR and Finance for payroll and compliance matters related to attendance Compliance & Process Improvement
Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures related to timekeeping and billing Recommend improvements to streamline administrative workflows
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, billing, or timekeeping
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php37,000.00 per month
