Key Responsibilities:

Incident & Ticket Management

  • Monitor and respond to PagerDuty alerts.
  • Manage email phishing reports and Checkpoint security alerts.
  • Handle FreshService tickets: revise, assign, and close tickets as needed.

User Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Onboarding:
  • Create user accounts in Active Directory (AD).
  • Set up DUO access and assign DUO tokens.
  • Assign users to appropriate AD groups.
  • Provide access to required programs based on job function (e.g., Bus Planner Web, Accountmate, Docushare).
  • Configure workspaces for new users.
  • Offboarding:
  • Disable user accounts and remove from AD groups.
  • Set up email forwarding.
  • Archive PST files and OneDrive data.
  • Delete accounts following company policies.

System Maintenance & Security

  • Monitor Windows updates via the AD controller server.
  • Push failed updates to devices and schedule restarts during off-hours.
  • Resolve DUO lockouts by unlocking users with more than three failed login attempts via the DUO portal

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
  • Proficient with Active Directory, DUO MFA, and Windows OS.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., FreshService) and handling security alerts.
  • Knowledge of onboarding/offboarding processes and access management.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently during 5 AM – 10 AM ET.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 per week
