Job Title: Medical Biller (Work From Home)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (New York Time)

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Medical Biller to join our team. This is a work-from-home opportunity that requires excellent communication skills, as phone calls and customer service will be your primary responsibilities. You will handle billing tasks, order follow-ups, and coordination related to DME (Durable Medical Equipment), particularly braces (e.g., knee braces) and surgical stockings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process billing for DME medical supplies.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Coordinate with providers, patients, and insurance companies to resolve billing inquiries.
• Track and follow up on orders using tools such as Parachute Health (order management system, not billing).
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in billing and claims submission.
• Maintain clear documentation of interactions and billing activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in medical billing, preferably within the DME industry.
• Familiarity with braces, surgical stockings, or related medical supplies is a strong plus.
• Excellent fluent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong customer service and phone handling abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php650.00 per hour
