The Distributor Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales targets by developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the company's full-range of lubricant and related products. The role requires frequent customer visits, product presentations, and coordination with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular field visits to promote lubricants, provide product recommendations, and gather market intelligence.
  • Prepare and submit quotations and customer account updates.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Conduct product presentations, and customer trainings when required.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
  • Provide reports on sales activities, pipeline of accounts, and market conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive lubricant of industrial products sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Must be willing to work daily in the field within the assigned territory.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
