Overview

As an Account Associate, you will play a key role in supporting Account Management and Business Development activities. You'll assist in managing client accounts, proposals, and online market research projects while helping the Sales Team reach its monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

Nightshift: Monday to Friday | Open working US time

What You Do

  • Support Account Management and Business Development activities.
  • Assist in managing client accounts and online research projects.
  • Prepare and deliver bid proposals, handle RFQs, and support client requests.
  • Work closely with Client Services & Operations teams to ensure project success.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets in your assigned region.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's/College Degree (required).
  • Sales experience is a Plus
  • Sales background not required, but a sales and growth mindset is essential.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM or sales-management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate, think critically, and adapt in a target-driven environment.

Nightshift Benefits:

Nightshift Differential (NSD) - 20%

Meal Allowance - 150/day (whole day)

Nightshift PTO (NS PTO) - 3 days/quarter
